How we work
Survey before quote
We do not quote over the phone from a photo. Someone walks the property, checks cable routes, power points and gate condition, then prices what the job actually needs.
Genuine hardware, official channels
As an authorised Hikvision and Dahua dealer we supply hardware through official distribution, so warranty claims go through us instead of a marketplace seller who has gone quiet.
One team from survey to handover
The people who quote the job are the people who install it. Nothing gets passed to a subcontractor who was not there when the decisions were made.
Reachable afterwards
Angles drift, remotes need pairing, apps get reinstalled on new phones. We expect those calls and we answer them.
Coverage
Installation, servicing and callbacks across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. If you sit just outside the Klang Valley, ask anyway and we will tell you plainly whether we can reach you.

Where most people start
If you are not sure which system to fit first, this is roughly how our customers sequence it. You do not have to do everything at once, and a system installed properly later beats a rushed bundle now.
Start with CCTV if you want evidence
Cameras do not stop an incident, they document it and they discourage the opportunist. For most homes this is the first install, sized at four cameras for a terrace and six to eight for a bungalow. See CCTV installation.
Start with an autogate if the gate is the daily friction
Getting out of the car in the rain, or leaving a gate open because it is inconvenient, is a security gap as well as an annoyance. See autogate systems.
Add an alarm if the property sits empty
Cameras record what happened. An alarm system tells you while it is happening, which matters for a second home or a shop after hours.
Access control is for buildings, not houses
If you are issuing keys to staff or tenants and worrying about copies, access control solves a problem a lock cannot.
Solar is an economics decision, not a security one
It sits with us because it is the same roof and the same electrical work, but the case for it comes from your bill. See solar panel installation.
Questions we get before a survey
Is the site survey really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. We would rather spend an hour looking at the property than send a number that turns out to be wrong once we arrive.
Can you do more than one system in the same visit?
Yes, and it usually saves money. Running CCTV cabling and autogate wiring at the same time avoids repeating the same access and making-good work twice.
Do you work with existing equipment?
Often. If your recorder or gate motor is serviceable we will say so rather than quote a full replacement you do not need.
What warranty do you give?
One month on our installation work. Hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty, which we state on the quote for the specific brand and model supplied.
Which areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Johor Bahru, Penang and Kota Bharu are planned but not open yet, so we will not take a booking we cannot service.
