What happens after you get in touch
We ask a few questions
Property type, what you want covered, and whether anything is already installed. This is usually enough to tell you roughly what is involved.
We arrange a site survey
Free, and with no obligation. We look at cable routes, power, gate condition or roof access depending on the system.
You get an itemised quote
Hardware and labour listed separately, with the warranty terms for the specific brand supplied. No pressure to decide on the spot.
Service area
Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Johor Bahru, Penang and Kota Bharu are planned but not open yet, so we will not take a booking we cannot service. If you are just outside the Klang Valley, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
