SecureHaus installs and maintains security and smart home systems for properties across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. CCTV, autogate, alarm, smart home, solar, access control and security doors, handled by one team from the first site visit through to the calls that come months later.
How we work
We survey before we quote
No pricing over the phone from a photo. Someone comes out, looks at cable routes, power points, gate condition and roof access, and quotes what the job actually needs. The survey is free and carries no obligation.
We are an authorised Hikvision and Dahua dealer
Camera hardware comes through official distribution rather than grey-market channels, so the manufacturer warranty is intact and there is a route to support if something fails.
The team that quotes is the team that installs
Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor who was not present when the decisions were made. If an angle needs adjusting afterwards, the person who set it is the person who returns.
We tell you when not to buy something
If your existing recorder is serviceable, or the honest answer is that solar will not pay back well at your consumption, we say so. Selling you a system you did not need costs us the next job and the recommendation after it.
Installation work carries a one-month warranty
Our workmanship is covered for one month from handover. Hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty, which we state on the quote for the specific brand and model supplied.

Seven systems, all installed in-house rather than referred out. Running them under one team is what lets us combine visits, share cable routes and avoid making good the same wall twice.

Where we work
We cover Kuala Lumpur and Selangor for installation, servicing and callbacks. We would rather turn down a job outside our range than take a booking and be unable to return when something needs adjusting.
Serving now
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the wider Klang Valley.
Expanding to
Johor Bahru, Penang and Kota Bharu. Not open yet, and we will not take bookings there until they are.
